Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, HCS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of program playbooks, including resource planning and performance tracking
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to align program objectives with customer needs
• Oversee learning platform operations and manage education events from kickoff to close-out

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in the medical device, MedTech, or healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline; MBA, MHA, or MPH preferred
• Experience in MedTech marketing and familiarity with best practices in the field
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects in a global organization
• Experience leading new product or platform development programs from concept through launch
