Job Summary
Managing the delivery of state IRA Home Energy Rebate programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, Home Energy Rebates will oversee program compliance, coordinate across teams, and ensure successful outcomes from launch through closeout.
Key responsibilities
- Run assigned state IRA Home Energy Rebate programs, including enrollment, application review, and reporting
- Build and maintain work plans, budgets, and risk registers while configuring the rebate management platform to state requirements
- Oversee contractor onboarding and compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or federally funded programs
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders on complex projects
- Strong data literacy, including experience with dashboards and program data reconciliation
- Familiarity with federal grant compliance and reporting (2 CFR 200) and DOE/EPA initiatives
- PMP certification or equivalent, with a preference for experience in IRA Home Energy Rebates or the Weatherization Assistance Program
