Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring delivery of key outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to align on priorities, scope, and success metrics
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep work moving forward

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated experience driving complex initiatives from planning through execution
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience bringing structure, processes, and clarity to evolving or ambiguous programs
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, or a regulated environment is preferred
