Program Manager I

Job Summary

Contributing to innovative research projects, the full-time salaried Associate Program Manager I will oversee student teams in data collection, perform quality assurance tasks, and assist with literature reviews while working onsite at the Global Research Institute.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage multiple assignments and track project progress in coordination with supervisors
• Perform quality assurance tasks and develop knowledge of QA procedures
• Supervise and coach student workers or Research Assistants in project implementation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
• Demonstrated proficiency in desktop publishing, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
• Basic understanding of data management and analytical software (e.g., Excel, Qualtrics, Tableau)
