Program Manager I

Job Summary

Managing multiple projects within the F-35 Solutions product line, the full-time Program Manager I will coordinate planning, execution, and customer engagement while working in a hybrid environment that combines onsite and remote responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of program initiation, planning, and execution, ensuring program commitments are met
• Responsible for program execution, profitability, and timeliness while making cost-effective decisions
• Develop program/project plans that specify goals, staffing needs, schedule milestones, and risk management strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
• Active DoW Secret clearance with the ability to obtain DoW SAP Security clearances
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of life cycle management and defense contract types
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with effective communication abilities
