Program Manager I - Biopharmaceuticals

Job Summary

Providing tactical support for client-facing projects, the full-time remote Program Manager I - Biopharmaceuticals will oversee sample and standard workflows, manage project progress, and ensure effective communication to support laboratory analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, log-in, and workflow management of samples and standards
• Manage client interactions and provide daily progress updates to the client relationship manager
• Track project progress and identify potential risks to ensure timely project completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification
• Previous experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with challenging deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
