Job Summary

Program Manager I, GMP is a full-time position responsible for providing tactical support for client-facing projects, overseeing sample and standard workflows, and managing project progress and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the receipt, log-in, and workflow management of samples and standards
• Monitors project progress and provides updates to ensure timely completion
• Manages client communications related to sample and standard processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification
• Previous experience providing knowledge and skills necessary for the role (0+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerBI)
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with conflicting deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with client information and data
