Program Manager I - GMP Lab

Job Summary

Supporting the GMP Laboratory remotely, the full-time salaried Program Manager I - GMP Lab will manage client-facing projects, oversee sample workflows, and ensure timely project progress through effective communication and status updates.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as the primary coordinator for the receipt and log-in of samples and standards, managing shipment requests and workflows
• Tracks project progress and provides status updates to client teams and internal stakeholders
• Supports the client relationship manager by managing timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring successful project completion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification
• Previous experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with challenging deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
