Program Manager - IA Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - IA Enablement who will oversee the citizen developer program and AI enablement education portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the program plan, roadmap, and portfolio of initiatives for citizen developer enablement and AI literacy education
• Manage curriculum pipelines, training cohorts, certifications, and community events for citizen developers
• Plan and deliver AI literacy and analytics education for Finance and Revenue Cycle audiences

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 13 years' experience, or Associate's degree with 15 years' experience
• Experience managing projects and programs with increasing complexity across multiple technological environments
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or a comparable certification
• Certification must be obtained within three years of hire
• 5+ years of program management experience, including managing education or enablement programs is preferred
