Program Manager II

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations for retail and telecommunications repair and maintenance, the contract Program Manager II will oversee external warehouse and service partners across North America, focusing on performance tracking and process improvement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution with warehouse agencies and service partners, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Track corrective actions, non-compliance trends, and maintain documentation accuracy
• Drive improvements in repair, maintenance, and warehouse operations to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management experience in retail operations, supply chain, or logistics
• 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance, supply fulfillment, or vendor management
• Experience supporting big-box or multi-site retail execution
• Vendor management skills, including service level agreements and scorecards
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
