Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (II) to support the Contingent Workforce program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent workers, including daily onboarding and offboarding operations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving access barriers and ensuring compliance with system permissions
  • Utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to track workforce data and manage requisitions
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management within Contingent Workforce or Vendor Operations
  • Direct experience using Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass or Beeline
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale onboarding/offboarding processes
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical work experience
  • Ability to work standard CST business hours (Monday-Friday)
