Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to support the Provider Operations team by overseeing complex programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing program operations and vendor relationships, ensuring effective processes and workflows
• Conduct detailed policy and impact analysis, making recommendations for process changes and presenting findings
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage project initiatives, coordinating issue resolution and tracking deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferred master's degree
• 3-5 years of professional experience required; 6-8 years preferred with health plan experience
• Experience in program management or leading significant departmental initiatives
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision
