Program Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to support health education initiatives within the Quality Improvement Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for health education initiatives supporting quality improvement priorities
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, and manage resources for project execution
• Conduct program evaluation and communicate program status to management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of experience in quality improvement, program management, or project management required
• Health care experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience in health education, including design and management of health education programs preferred
• Ability to utilize corporate and industry standard tools for program oversight
