Key Responsibilities

• Drive programs with a strategic lens, translating ambiguous problems into clear plans
• Own end-to-end program execution, ensuring stakeholders are informed throughout the lifecycle
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within programs to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in service operations
• Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment preferred
• Demonstrated ability to actively build with AI and automation
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus
