Job Summary
Leading new logo implementation programs, the full-time remote Program Manager II will manage complex client portfolios, ensuring successful launches of Alkami's digital banking platform while fostering customer relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage new logo implementation programs by guiding clients through requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules, defining deliverables, dependencies, and milestones across the portfolio
- Cultivate customer relationships through proactive communication and addressing escalations to ensure satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in program/project management within SaaS or financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- Proven ability to manage complex program portfolios independently
- Expertise in program scheduling, risk tracking, and issue resolution
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Confluence
