Job Summary

Providing tactical support for client-facing projects, the full-time remote Program Manager II will manage project performance with a focus on financial management, client communications, and process improvement within the GMP Laboratory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate study initiation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables
• Manage project setup and financials, including projections, forecasts, and revenue recognition
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, maintaining communication and supporting client relationship management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification
• 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training
• Proficiency in enterprise applications and office productivity tools
• Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
