Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager III to oversee complex multi-site research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IRBs and regulatory requirements while ensuring compliance with applicable standards
• Supervise project staff, manage onboarding and training, and maintain project timelines
• Collect and analyze data, develop reports, and serve as the main contact with research study participants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in project management and supervisory roles
• Experience in research project coordination and compliance
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage project budgets
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members
