Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management for large-scale, cross-functional programs and campaigns
• Coordinate across teams to align workstreams, manage dependencies, and track deliverables
• Support strategic planning processes and build operational processes that scale across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, communications, creative, or media environments
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with complex timelines
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and prioritize tasks effectively
• Understanding of the organic side of marketing
