Job Summary

Managing client relationships and ensuring timely delivery of program objectives, the full-time remote Program Manager III will coordinate project status, oversee program management standards, and act as a primary liaison between clients and laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client meetings and coordinate client visits with business development and lab operations
• Oversee project management tasks including monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Manage client expectations and communications while driving compliance with project management standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 7+ years of experience in project management or related field
• Strong knowledge of science and/or business acumen
• Proven experience in client relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
