Program Manager III

Job Summary

To oversee a large, complex enterprise DevSecOps environment supporting federal client operations, the contract Program Manager III will manage multiple Agile/Scrum teams, act as the primary interface between the client and technical teams, and ensure compliance with contractual deliverables while working remotely within the DMV area.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee program performance, ensuring SLA compliance and managing program risks and issues
• Coordinate delivery across hybrid estate platforms, including Azure and AWS, while translating client governance requirements into actionable controls
• Prepare and present program reviews and executive briefings, representing the program at governance bodies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT or technology services delivery
• 4+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams or projects
• Experience managing federal IT programs under FFP contracts with P&L accountability
• PMP certification strongly preferred; PgMP or FAC-P/PM accepted as equivalent
