Program Manager III

Job Summary

Managing a large, complex enterprise DevSecOps environment, the contract Program Manager III will oversee multiple Agile/Scrum teams, ensure compliance with contractual deliverables, and act as the primary interface between the client and technical teams while working remotely within the DMV area.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee program operations and manage risks, issues, and performance metrics
• Coordinate delivery across hybrid platforms including Azure and AWS, ensuring adherence to governance requirements
• Prepare and present program reviews and executive briefings to client leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; additional experience may substitute for degree
• 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT or technology services delivery
• 4+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams or projects
• Experience managing federal IT programs under FFP contracts with P&L accountability
• PMP certification strongly preferred; PgMP or FAC-P/PM accepted as equivalent
