Program Manager III
Job Summary
Overseeing and coordinating multiple projects to align with strategic goals, the full-time salaried Program Manager III will manage program planning, stakeholder engagement, and budget management in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive program plans that outline scope, goals, and timelines while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and provide regular updates on program status, addressing any concerns
- Track and report on program performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure projects meet goals and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred

- 5+ years of experience in the utilities industry and 3 full lifecycle CIS or ERP projects required
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or PgMP are highly desirable
- Experience in the retail utility industry may be required
