Program Manager in Business

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager: Business and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, evaluation, and revision of curriculum and pedagogical aspects of assigned academic programs
• Manage faculty operations, including selection, onboarding, and performance management of part-time faculty
• Represent the program at institutional events and maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with a minimum of eighteen (18) graduate credit hours in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field
• Three (3) years of experience teaching or developing curriculum in an online environment
• Completion of FCC100 at CSU Global or registration to take FCC100 within the first 3 months of employment
• Professional licensure, certification, and/or endorsements in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field are strongly preferred
