Job Summary
Leading overall contract performance and delivery coordination, the full-time Program Manager, Informatics will serve as the single contractor point of contact for the CCPI Data Analytics Support Services contract, engaging with VA stakeholders and managing program oversight to support the Department of Veterans Affairs' data and analytics mission.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all CCPI contract activities, ensuring alignment with Government stakeholders on scope and performance expectations
- Manage contract performance and delivery coordination, overseeing sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and resource allocation for timely deliverables
- Facilitate cross-VA stakeholder engagement to advance analytics initiatives and support concurrent pilot programs execution
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in program management, enterprise analytics, or federal healthcare environments
- Master's degree in health informatics, public health, information management, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute for degree
- Prior experience supporting VA or comparable federal healthcare agencies with familiarity in VA enterprise data systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust and comply with VA information security requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing agile sprint planning and producing formal contract deliverables for government stakeholders
