Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives related to integrated services and process improvement
• Manage day-to-day operations of cross-department efforts, ensuring timely follow-through and coordination among stakeholders
• Analyze performance trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for service initiatives and testing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, program management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders
• Strong ability to organize loosely defined ideas into actionable plans
• Experience in supporting structured tests, pilots, or rollout plans
• Comfort working in a scaling environment with evolving processes
