Job Summary
Leading the management of programs across the Bank, the remote Program Manager - Integration will oversee multiple projects to achieve business goals, ensuring effective coordination of scope, cost, staffing, and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and evaluates all aspects of assigned programs, managing planning, scheduling, resources, and risk
- Collaborates with business units and senior executives to align project goals with strategic objectives and develops justification cases for initiatives
- Builds and maintains influential relationships with vendors and key stakeholders, overseeing vendor selection and ongoing relationship management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project management or Program management, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in the same fields
- Experience implementing complex programs in banks or financial institutions
- Experience with enterprise-wide program management and implementation
