Program Manager, IT - M&A Integration

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional planning and execution for systems integration during the M&A lifecycle, the full-time Program Manager, IT - M&A Integration will manage a 6-month contract remotely, ensuring Day 1 readiness and reducing operational disruption across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated IT systems and tools workplan across all integration phases, from pre-close to target state
• Establish and track milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness checkpoints across technical and business teams
• Prepare executive updates summarizing progress, critical decisions, and resource needs while maintaining integrated plans and documentation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, technology integration, or strategic operations
• Demonstrated experience with M&A integration and enterprise transformation
• Expertise in integrated planning, milestone management, and executive reporting
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and collaboration tools
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
