Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager IV responsible for planning and delivering strategic programs and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects including program planning, management, and execution
- Coordinate the work of project managers/business analysts to ensure project success
- Create dashboards and reports for executive level updates and ongoing analytics post-project implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required
- Medicare experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and supervisory experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required
