Program Manager IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager IV to lead strategic programs and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects, overseeing program planning, management, and execution
• Coordinate project managers and business analysts to drive project completion across various workgroups
• Create executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate project status and analytics post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required
• Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
