Program Manager IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager IV responsible for planning and delivering strategic programs and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate the work of project managers and business analysts to drive project execution
• Create and present executive-level communications and dashboards for program updates and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
