Program Manager IV

Job Summary

Guiding complex global data initiatives, the remote long-term contract Program Manager IV will manage multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with program goals while coordinating efforts across distributed teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Direct assigned data program workstreams from planning through execution, maintaining scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Convert high-level program goals into practical roadmaps and manage dependencies for each initiative
• Lead cross-functional meetings to promote alignment and timely resolution of issues while communicating status and risks to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale program or delivery workstreams in enterprise data or analytics environments
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, including Azure data services, Snowflake, and Databricks
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination across business, technical, and globally distributed teams
• Familiarity with data governance, quality controls, and compliance practices in enterprise delivery
• Background working in Agile, Scrum, or related project delivery frameworks
