Program Manager IV - Clinical

Job Summary

To execute defined requirements and meet strategic objectives, the full-time remote Program Manager IV - Clinical will manage large-scale healthcare migrations, oversee program planning and execution, and create executive-level communications and dashboards for project status updates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional healthcare migrations and oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution
• Coordinate the work of project managers and business analysts to drive large-scale projects across various operational workgroups
• Create and deliver best practice training materials and prepare documents for Program Steering Committees for executive review

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred
