A company is looking for a Program Manager IV - Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities
• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and external communities
• Facilitate implementation of staff wellness initiatives and manage multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field and six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and five years of related experience
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development
• Strong presentation and training skills
• Experience in product development, project management, or healthcare management
