Program Manager IV - SRE

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager IV - SRE.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the integrated delivery plan for SRE deliverables, including sequencing workstreams and defining milestones
• Drive SRE outcomes through initiatives like runbook maturity, incident management, and resilience engineering
• Maintain program governance artifacts and prepare executive materials and status reports

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience as a Senior Program Manager leading large, multi-workstream technology initiatives
• At least 7+ years overall experience in application and infrastructure delivery with exposure to SRE/observability programs
• Experience managing enterprise programs focused on SRE outcomes such as SLO/SLI adoption and incident management
• Strong presentation skills with experience engaging with executive forums
• Ability to coordinate resources and manage risks effectively
