Program Manager IV - SRE

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager IV in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integrated delivery plan for SRE deliverables, managing dependencies across teams and vendors
• Drive SRE outcomes such as incident management maturity and resilience engineering
• Provide status and risk updates to executive steering committees and maintain program governance artifacts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Senior Program Manager leading large, multi-workstream technology initiatives
• 7+ years of overall experience in application or infrastructure delivery with exposure to SRE or observability programs
• Experience managing enterprise programs with SRE delivered outcomes like SLO/SLI adoption
• Proven track record of presenting to VP/SVP level executive forums
• Fluent in both business and technical domains with strong executive presence
