Program Manager IV with PMP Certification

Job Summary

Leading the planning and delivery of strategic programs, the full-time remote Program Manager IV with PMP Certification will manage complex enterprise-wide initiatives, oversee project execution, and create executive-level communications to facilitate cross-functional discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects, ensuring successful implementation and process improvement while managing scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate the work of project managers and business analysts to drive project progress across various operational workgroups
• Create and deliver executive dashboards and reports, providing ongoing analytics and updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience, with a focus on managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools
• Healthcare or managed care experience preferred, especially with Duals, D-SNP, Medicare, or Medicaid programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
