Develop experience roadmap for IVR with emphasis on measurable efficiencies, sales, or consumer experience

Required Qualifications:

4-year degree and 5 years of experience or no degree and 8 years of experience
Experience with IVR design and Cisco HCS or Cisco WXCCE
Experience with Jira, Visio/Lucid Chart preferred
