Program Manager, Launch Readiness

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Commercial Launch Readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global commercial launch strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated launch activities and drive execution of go-to-market plans
• Analyze market trends and define KPIs to measure launch success, conducting post-launch reviews for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in global commercial launch or program management roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional launch programs with a global scope
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process optimization
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
