Program Manager, Leadership Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager for the School of Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives and execute a comprehensive portfolio aligned with enterprise goals
• Manage multiple interconnected workstreams for large-scale programs, prioritizing resources and driving accountability
• Serve as a subject matter expert in adult learning, designing and maintaining high-impact coaching and mentoring programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of experience in program/project management or corporate strategy
• Demonstrated experience in managing leadership development functions, including coaching and mentoring
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on data-driven recommendations
• Proven expertise or willingness to experiment with AI integration and related tools
• Exceptional leadership skills, including executive presence and negotiation abilities
