Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Profit Center University.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive content strategy, architecture, and governance for the Profit Center University learning program
• Design and develop instructional content and resources to support consistent performance and operational excellence
• Track success metrics (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement processes for the learning programs

Required Qualifications

• 4 or more years of experience in Learning & Development program management, operations, customer service, and sales enablement
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in wholesale distribution or decentralized business structure is preferred
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and adult learning principles
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel
