Program Manager, Learning Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Learning Experience Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop multi-modal learning experiences using human-centered and instructional design methodologies
• Maintain and evaluate existing learning solutions to ensure content relevance and engagement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the Learning Technology Solutions Team to enhance learner outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Communication
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in learning, education, or human resources
• Proficiency in project management and instructional design
• Experience with research and analytical reporting
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline 360 and other learning technologies is preferred
