Program Manager, Learning & Development

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the part-time Program Manager, Learning & Development will transform business needs into effective learning solutions, align programs with strategic goals, and manage program timelines and budgets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging learning programs based on the needs of learners using various modalities
• Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and oversee the execution of educational offerings
• Evaluate program effectiveness through surveys and feedback, and implement improvements as needed

Required qualifications

• 5 years of program management or project management experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Design, Business Administration, or related field required
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and content authoring tools preferred
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
