Program Manager - Learning Systems

Job Summary

Experienced in learning technologies, the full-time remote Program Manager - Learning Systems will lead the strategy, optimization, and delivery of technology solutions for a world-class digital learning experience while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for learning technology platforms, including Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) and curriculum development tools
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements while translating them into actionable documentation for Product and Engineering teams
• Manage project plans, identify risks, and ensure successful on-time delivery of technology initiatives and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3-10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Learning Technologies, Program Management, or a related field
• Proficiency with Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
