Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Life Sciences (Technical, Functional & Legacy Systems Migration).

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program lifecycle activities across technical and functional workstreams in Life Sciences domains
Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring data integrity and system integration
Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
7+ years of program/project management experience in pharma, biotech, medtech, or diagnostics
3+ years leading legacy system migrations, including data mapping and validation
Familiarity with PDLC, stage-gate processes, and regulatory submission frameworks
