Program Manager, Linguistic Validation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Linguistic Validation).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee account-specific programs, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and quality targets are met
• Manage the Project Management team, conducting performance reviews and mentoring team members
• Monitor project financials and identify opportunities for account growth while ensuring adherence to budgets

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, Linguistics, Social or Applied Sciences, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• Over five years of experience coordinating complex projects within the localization or translation industry
• Minimum six years of customer service/account management experience, with at least five years in the translation industry
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience for a minimum of four years
• Advanced computing skills, including experience with translation management systems and CAT tools
