Program Manager - Linguistic Validation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Linguistic Validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of account-specific programs and monitor performance against profitability, quality, and delivery targets
• Manage the Project Management team, ensuring appropriate staffing and training while addressing client-related issues
• Participate in revenue forecasting, financial monitoring, and identify opportunities for account growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Linguistics, Social or Applied Sciences, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• Over five years of experience in project management within the localization or translation industry
• Minimum of six years in customer service/account management, with at least five years in the translation industry
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience, with a minimum of four years
• Familiarity with translation management systems and advanced computing skills; PMP Certification is a plus
