Program Manager, M&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex programs with multiple cross-team integration points and methodologies
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of technology initiatives
• Identify and communicate project risks and impediments throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications and Education

• 10 to 12 years of IT experience, including 7+ years managing infrastructure/ISO projects and 5 years leading IT M&A integrations
• PMP certification preferred
• 3+ years of Agile experience; SAFe Agile experience recommended
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Information Security projects and M&A projects
