Job Summary
Collaborating with executive leaders and technical stakeholders, the full-time remote Program Manager M&A will ensure strategic technological alignment with organizational objectives while overseeing project managers and coordinating operational stakeholders on technical roadmap creation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with Ministry Market executive leaders and technical stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals
- Advises business partners during the program life cycle and delivers reporting for leadership
- Mentors project managers and coordinates with operational stakeholders on the creation of technical roadmaps
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable job-specific experience
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- 8+ years managing key strategic projects with $1M+ budget oversight, preferably in mergers and acquisitions
- PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification
- Ability to gather, analyze, and report project data from ServiceNow
