Program Manager, M&A

Job Summary

Seeking a high-performing Program Manager, M&A, the full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end execution of integration efforts for strategic acquisitions, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and driving accountability throughout the process.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of post-acquisition integration plans, managing timelines and facilitating key meetings
• Track and report on the realization of financial and strategic synergies identified during the diligence phase
• Develop detailed project roadmaps and workflows to create accountability and momentum across teams

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project/program management, operations strategy, or a similar strategic role
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
• Demonstrated skill in influencing and aligning stakeholders at all levels without formal authority
• Experience managing timelines and tracking risks across multiple teams
