Job Summary

Overseeing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects within the healthcare technology sector, the remote contract Program Manager M&A will collaborate with executive leaders and technical stakeholders, manage the program lifecycle, and guide business partners through strategic alignment and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leaders and technical stakeholders to ensure strategic technological alignment with organizational objectives
• Advise and guide business partners during the program life cycle, coordinating with operational stakeholders on technical roadmap creation
• Facilitate program governance, oversee project scope and financial tracking, and lead go-live activities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing key strategic projects
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture project management
• Background in the healthcare technology space
• PMP, equivalent Project Management Certification, or Six Sigma certification
• Experience mentoring and overseeing project managers
